About Us
Srushti Sankul Co-operative Housing Society is the registered housing society under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act 1960, having registration number NGP/CITY-1/HSG/1588/2023. The Society owns the apartment complex at survey No. 65/2, on VIP Road, Dharampeth, Nagpur. The apartment Complex consists of three buildings known as ‘AB’ Wing, ‘C’ Wing and ‘D’ Wing. ‘AB’ Wing consists 18 apartments, ‘C’ Wing consists 12 apartment and two shops and ‘D’ Wing consists of 12 Apartments. There are total 42 residential apartments and two shops including all three wings. The apartment complex was built up in the year 1988. The building map and permit granted by the NIT wide permit order No. CS/520/16587, dated 24/11/1988 The Society was known as Vrutta Srushti Sankul Apartment earlier and now it is registered under MCH Act 1960 and renamed as ‘Srushti Sankul Co-operative Housing Society Ltd Nagpur’.
